A Fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular subject to come together and build a listing of people from around the world. In this case it's a fanlisting for Urahara Kisuke of Bleach. This fanlisting opened May 6, 2005.

Urahara Kisuke is my favorite character in Bleach. I just love his character design. He's intelligent, powerful, mysterious, and goofy. To know more about Urahara go here. Please beware of spoilers, this especially goes for those that haven't caught up with the manga released in Weekly Jump.

Ingenious is exactly what Urahara is. Early on Ichigo & Co. learn what type of inventor he is: creative with a great sense of humor.

Version 3 is another clean and simple layout but finally breaks away from the iframe style. The image is from the character popularity poll spread in chapter 209.
